ARTIST BIO

In my practice I explore organic abstraction through layering and transparency. My inspiration comes from nature and my garden where I enjoy taking photos and sketching to inform my paintings.

I use gesture and intuitive mark making in my painting produce which leaves elements up to chance which I think is important in organic abstract art.
